Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the total service cost. This fee will be charged to the payment method on file. If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps me to provide the best service possible to all clients. Clients are allowed a 10 minute grace period for their scheduled appointments. I understand that life can be unpredictable and want to offer flexibility wherever possible. In the event that I cannot accommodate you due to a late arrival, a fee of 100% of the booked service will be charged to your account.
